The usual turnaround time is between 3 and 5 weeks after you approve the design. It can vary depending on size, level of detail and current workload.
Before production starts, we show you the base design so you can review it. We do not begin tufting or producing the final rug until you approve the design.
Yes. We adjust lights, shadows and tonal variations so even black, white or monochrome fur keeps depth and reads well in the final piece.
We recommend vacuuming it regularly and, if needed, cleaning small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap. We do not recommend machine washing.
Not always. If the image is not the best fit, we will help you choose a better one before preparing your proposal.
