How long does the crafting process take?
Usually between 2 to 4 weeks from the moment your commission is confirmed. If you need it for a specific upcoming date (like a birthday), please let us know beforehand and we'll do our best to accommodate an express order.
Can you recreate any design?
Almost anything. Hyperrealistic pet portraits, pop culture and anime characters, corporate logos, custom illustrations, names... Your imagination is the limit.
Can the rugs be washed?
Yes, but with care. These are pieces of art. We recommend gently vacuuming and spot-cleaning any stains with a damp cloth. Do not put them in a washing machine, as this will damage the hand-tufted yarn and backing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all across Europe. For shipping to the Americas or other continents, please contact us first so we can calculate the exact shipping rates based on your location.
